Seven UU Principles - Seven Summer Worship Services.

The Worship Committee reminds you that while our ministers are on their study break/vacation, a robust
series of summer worship services will be presented Sundays at 11:15 am. Each service will focus on one
of the seven principles of Unitarian-Universalism. Emersonians David Bates and deForest Ralph will be
among the pulpit guests, along with a visiting minister, an environmental activist, and a university
professor. The series will end on August 10, with Dr. Jill Carroll's stirring sermon on "What is the Truth."
Have a great summer and please join us on Sunday mornings. Print out the attached list of services and
keep it on your refrigerator as a handy reminder!

Sandwiches for SEARCH
***********************
Jo Irwin is in charge of sandwiches this month. She needs help on Thursday, July 10th, in Westwood Hall at
10:30. If we have enough people it only takes about an hour to make 100 sandwiches. So come and bring your family. Most of these sandwiches go on the mobile outreach van to feed the homeless on the streets of
Houston.
