Writing poems can be an expressive way of showing truth and meaning. The kids will learn what a poen is and how it can vary in form. The worth and talent of each individual is emphasized in the creative process.
Submission of Haiku poems and other my be submitted during class, or during the summer for possible publication in the Emerson quarterly magazine.
